Once you’ve selected your tickets or package for the event, enter the 16-character code printed on your gift card at checkout under ‘I have a gift card’, and the amount will be deducted automatically.

Can someone else use my gift card?

Yes, that’s perfectly fine – you can give your gift card to someone else to use.

How is my gift card delivered?

The gift card is sent as a PDF to the specified email address after the purchase has been completed.

Can I return a gift card and get a refund?

No, unfortunately it’s not possible to return a gift card and receive a refund.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for bookings for 2 years from the date of purchase.
