Passport & Visa Information

It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all passport, visa, entry and immigration requirements for the country they are travelling to. OLKA Express is not responsible for passengers who are denied boarding, denied entry, or who fail to obtain the necessary documentation. Please make sure to check all requirements before booking your trip, as rules may vary depending on your nationality, destination and length of stay.

Passport Requirements

  • Most countries require that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your date of entry.
  • Some destinations also require a certain number of blank pages in your passport.
  • National ID cards (including driving licences) are not accepted as travel documents unless explicitly stated by the destination country.

Always check the latest rules with your local authorities or the embassy of your destination.

​Visa & Entry Requirements

Visa regulations differ from country to country and can change without prior notice.
Travelers are responsible for:

  1. Checking if a visa is required
  2. Applying for and obtaining a visa in good time
  3. Ensuring all information provided in visa applications is correct

OLKA Express cannot be held responsible for denied visas or denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

UK ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization)

From 2 April 2025, most European and international travelers will require an approved ETA to enter the United Kingdom. You must complete the application yourself before travelling.
