FIXTURE CHANGE INSURANCE

If you take out our Fixture Change insurance and your match is rescheduled to a date outside your original travel period, OLKA will cover all costs arising from rearranging flights and hotel stays to fit the new fixture date. Please note that this insurance is available only to package travellers and applies exclusively to arrangements (event, hotel, and flights) booked through OLKA. It cannot be purchased for ticket-only bookings.

Example: If a match originally scheduled for a Saturday is moved to the Monday, causing you to miss your originally booked return flight with OLKA, the cover will reimburse the cost of rescheduling your return to the Tuesday. The insurance covers all expenses related to changing your flight as well as the additional hotel night required. However, please be aware that the change may involve a different airline or flight times, and the final night’s accommodation may be of 3-star standard and at a different hotel to the one originally booked.

If you do not take out this insurance, you will be responsible for all costs incurred in rearranging your trip to align with the new fixture date. Please note that this insurance only applies in the event of a fixture change as described above – it does not apply in cases of illness or other personal circumstances.
