Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Event Tickets
OLKA Sportresor AB (hereinafter OLKA) acts as a ticket intermediary and is not the organiser of the relevant events.
The right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Booked tickets and event packages are non-refundable regardless of the participant’s personal circumstances.
It is therefore not possible to cancel tickets, as OLKA applies the same terms and conditions received from its suppliers towards the customer. OLKA is also not responsible when events are rescheduled, and purchased tickets will always remain valid for the new date.
Event Dates
OLKA supplies tickets on the basis that you will be able to attend the event/match regardless of the day and time it is held. OLKA accepts no responsibility for events being rescheduled, interrupted, or cancelled. Refunds will not be offered, for example, for cancellations due to a match being moved from the planned date to another weekday or weekend. If the event/match is cancelled due to adverse weather, the ticket will remain valid for the new event date, and OLKA is not liable for any travel expenses incurred.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any changes to the event/match date and kick-off time, as such changes are common.
General Information
OLKA accepts no responsibility for refunds if travellers are refused entry to the stadium due to, for example, inappropriate behaviour or if a traveller wearing the wrong team colours attempts to enter the wrong stand. We recommend that you do not wear scarves or team shirts inside the stadium. It is each traveller’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the behavioural regulations applicable to each individual event.
All match tickets we provide are for the home section or neutral section unless clearly stated otherwise. Please note that away team colours are not permitted and may result in you being denied entry without any right to a refund.
Prices
OLKA bases its prices on supply and demand. This means that prices may be higher or lower after the time of purchase.
Some tickets may display a “face value” price printed on the ticket. This does not reflect the price OLKA pays to acquire the ticket.
Stadium Plans & Images
The stadium plans available on our website are approximate and may differ from reality. Example images displayed under "tickets" are illustrative and may vary from the actual view.
Ticket Categories and Sections
OLKA reserves the right to change the ticket category or section to an equivalent or better category or section than stated at the time of purchase.
European Football Matches
For matches in the Champions League, Europa League, or Conference League, certain stadiums prohibit supporters/nationals of the away team from purchasing the tickets we provide. Please check with us beforehand. We reserve the right to cancel bookings should this occur.
Serie A and Coppa Italia
If you hold Italian citizenship, the club requires information about your birthplace and current place of residence when booking tickets for Serie A and Coppa Italia. This is to ensure that away supporters are not placed in the same section as home fans. We may need to contact you regarding your booking, as the club or our partner will assess whether it remains valid or must be cancelled. Please contact us before booking so that we can provide the necessary information and guidance.
Delivery of Event Tickets
Tickets are usually delivered as e-tickets, mobile tickets, or via stadium collection. The delivery method for your purchased tickets is shown in your booking confirmation. Please note that delivery methods may change close to the event date.
Purchased event tickets may not be resold, as this may be prohibited or illegal and could result in legal consequences.
Important Information Regarding Covid-19
The tickets we offer online are based on 100% stadium capacity and the updated allocations made available to us through collaboration with our official partners. However, stadium capacity may be subject to change. There is a possibility that the event you plan to attend may be affected in terms of the number of spectators allowed, and we may not be allocated the tickets we have purchased.
The following scenarios and solutions should be considered:
If the match/event you have booked is cancelled and will not be played at a later date, if spectator capacity is reduced (resulting in the club cancelling tickets), or if the match is played behind closed doors.
If any of these circumstances occur, you may choose either to retain the order amount as credit for another event, or to receive a full refund for all components booked through OLKA. Refunds will be issued no later than two weeks after the original event date. Please note that OLKA cannot cancel or refund tickets supplied by us for any reasons other than those stated above. This means OLKA has no liability in cases of quarantine, entry bans, or similar restrictions.
If the match/event is postponed due to Covid-19 and moved to a later date, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Important: We can only issue refunds for components booked through OLKA. If you have independently booked travel, accommodation, or any other part of a package, we do not offer any form of refund or compensation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVENT TICKETS & HOTEL
Applies to the purchase of a package including an event ticket and hotel.
Cancellation and Refunds
Booked packages, including tickets and hotel, cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Hotel Check-in
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the hotel in advance of any late arrival or delayed check-in, especially as some hotels do not offer 24-hour service. If the customer fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date and instead arrives the following day, this will be considered a “no show”. The hotel will then cancel the stay without refund for the first or any subsequent nights.
City Tax
A city tax (also known as a tourist tax) may apply in many European cities when staying in hotels, resorts, B&Bs, hostels, holiday rentals or similar accommodation. This fee must always be paid by the traveller directly on site and is implemented to support local infrastructure and the improvement of the tourism sector.
Recommendation
When booking a football trip to England, Germany, Spain, France, Portugal or Italy, we recommend planning from Friday to Monday for weekend fixtures, as the match date can be changed up until the final week. Some matches may also be moved to Friday or Monday. If a match is rescheduled, we can assist with booking additional nights, but any extra cost is the responsibility of the customer.
For midweek fixtures scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday, matches may be played on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Our recommendation is therefore to travel from Tuesday to Friday.
Terms and Conditions in the Event of a Fixture Change
Sometimes match dates may be rescheduled and travel periods need to be adjusted, even after confirmation, as fixtures are never guaranteed 100%. If this happens, you cannot cancel your purchase, request a refund, or exchange your booking for another match. Booked packages are non-cancellable.
If a fixture change means the match is played outside of the original hotel dates, the following applies:
If the customer has booked their hotel with OLKA, we will adjust the hotel dates to match the new fixture date. Please note that hotel date changes are not made automatically – the customer must confirm the new dates with OLKA. Any price difference on the hotel due to the new dates will be the customer’s responsibility unless OLKA’s Fixture Change Insurance has been purchased. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVENT TICKETS, HOTEL & FLIGHTS
Applies to the purchase of a package trip that includes an event ticket, hotel, and flights.
Cancellations and Refunds
Booked packages including tickets, hotel, and flights cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Passport Name Requirements
It is your responsibility as a traveller to ensure that the name on the ticket is correct and matches your passport. Please check that your name is spelled correctly and written in the same way and order as in your passport. The spelling must correspond exactly with the machine-readable section of your passport.
Most airlines require that flight tickets with misspelt names or names that do not match the passport must be reissued, and in some cases a completely new ticket must be purchased at full cost. In addition, administrative fees may apply. Always verify the spelling of your name as soon as you receive your booking confirmation. OLKA Sportresor AB accepts no responsibility for the consequences of incorrect information provided by the customer.
Flight Tickets
Flight tickets are not issued in paper form but electronically and are linked to the booking reference you received in your confirmation when you booked your trip.
If you do not use the outbound flight on your booked journey, this is considered a no-show, which will automatically result in the return flight being cancelled by the airline. The flight segments on your ticket must be used in the correct order; if you fail to use the ticket for one leg of the journey, all remaining flights on the ticket will be cancelled.
Identification Documents
It is your responsibility as a traveller to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents required for your trip, such as a valid passport, national ID card, and visa. Your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your trip. Many countries also require that the passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Flight Check-In
Most airlines offer online check-in. Some may charge a fee if you fail to check in online and instead do so at the airport. To check in online, enter your flight booking reference along with your surname or email address. Online check-in usually opens 24 hours before departure and closes one hour prior to take-off. If you wish to book a specific seat or add extra baggage, you should contact the airline directly.
It is your responsibility as a traveller to arrive at the airport in good time before departure. Please refer to the airline’s own website for detailed rules and requirements specific to your journey.
Hotel Check-In
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the hotel in advance of any late arrival or delayed check-in, particularly as some hotels do not provide 24-hour service. Fixture Change Terms and Conditions
Occasionally, a match date may be moved and the travel period needs to be adjusted, even after confirmation, as it is never guaranteed 100%. If this happens, you cannot cancel your purchase (and receive a refund), nor exchange it for another match. Booked packages are non-refundable.
If a rescheduled match falls outside the originally booked flight & hotel dates, the following applies:
If the customer has booked flights & hotel with OLKA, we will adjust the travel dates to fit the new match date. Please note that these adjustments are not made automatically — the customer must confirm the new dates with OLKA. Any price difference for flights & hotels due to the new dates will be the responsibility of the customer, unless OLKA’s Match Rescheduling Insurance has been purchased. Payment for Your Trip
All payment solutions are transferred from OLKA Sportresor AB to Stripe. We use Stripe and offer several payment options:

When booking flights through OLKA, the flight cost must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation insurance
We recommend that travellers take out cancellation insurance through us as protection against unforeseen events prior to departure, such as illness, significant damage to your home, redundancy, or similar circumstances. We work in partnership with Gouda Travel Insurance and offer all our customers a 10% discount when the policy is purchased at the time of booking.

Travel Documents
It is the traveller’s responsibility to check that all travel documents are correct upon receipt and to immediately report any errors.
Passport/Visa
Travellers are required to carry a valid passport when travelling outside the Nordic countries. If a visa is required, it is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain one. This must be arranged before booking the trip, and OLKA accepts no responsibility if travellers are refused a visa. OLKA likewise accepts no responsibility if travellers are denied entry into a country for reasons beyond OLKA’s control.

Change of Address/Complaints
Any change of address, including email address or telephone number, after the time of booking must be reported to OLKA immediately so that we can contact the traveller with information about any schedule changes and other important updates prior to departure. Any complaint regarding the trip must be submitted to OLKA no later than 15 days after the end of the journey and must be made in writing. Complaints received after this deadline will not be considered.
Changes to Traveller Details
Event tickets, as well as most flight tickets and hotel bookings, are non-amendable. However, where permitted by the supplier, changes may be possible. In addition to any fees charged by the supplier for the requested amendment, OLKA applies an administration fee of SEK 300 per change. This applies to all amendments, such as name corrections, date changes, or changes to ticket or room categories.
Other Amendments
OLKA reserves the right to alter itineraries/routes and/or prices in circumstances beyond OLKA’s control, such as increased transport costs, currency fluctuations, changes in the number of travellers, airport charges, flight taxes, etc. We also reserve the right to correct typographical errors and obvious pricing mistakes on our website and reserve the right to cancel agreements entered into as a result of such errors.
Age Limit
OLKA has a minimum age requirement of 18 years for travellers wishing to book a ticket or package. If no one in the travelling party is over 18, we require written consent from a parent or guardian in order to process the booking.
